i afiya mubeen, my case in civil court additional family court. i want to remarry with my husband only for my 6 years child future. but i want matrimonial settlement deed. where i can apply. the judge said both of them agree to remarry for minor. the judge call on 7-12-2015. i want to make settlement deed. because my husband asked to me for dowry and he beat me. so pls advice me
