Thanks for response, my question is not hypothetical may I can't explain properly. I got married in 2010. That's love marriage against our parents. After that my parents accept our relationship but not my in laws they always indirectly demands 10 lac rupee. With all these our relationship became worst he is not behave properly he shows everyone normal but it's not. Any I got baby girl she is going to became 22months. If ask about relationship he didn't response. He has no feelings for me that's hurts me. I don't want divorce also.

1) Discuss in the presence of family elders and outside experienced

senior citizens and try to resolve amicably. Record for future evidence.

2) File RCR and wait for response.

3) Thereafter file DV, 498A, 125 cases as last resort.
