Restitution of Conjugal Rights

Dear Sir / Maam

I left my Husband home because of my inlaws misbehaviour, specially my father in law, he abuse me & family for silly reasons, now when m living in hostel my husband file Restitution, they are telling lie that his father havent done any thing. What should I do, If they telling lie now then in future also they may do the same.
