Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a retired Govt. employee. My daughter working as an executive in a company was married to a well qualified boy with good pay package as agreed by both families and I had to spend entire savings of my life on the marriage. Within 2 months of marriage, the boy tool leave on Loss of Pay and quit job after 6 months of marriage. Entire household & miscellaneous expenses was borne by my daughter and the boy never gave her any money to run the house. Moreover he and his family were continuously demanding money & other monetary favors from her. She was treated very rudely and was subjected to continuous humiliation and abuse. When she objected, the boy deserted her and his family stopped calling or meeting her. When our family intervened, it was agreed by the boy that he will take a job and start living with his wife. Presently the boy is doing some research work getting paltry amount as stipend and visits his wife on weekend for sometime. He is not willing to do any job and he tells his wife that he married her for the sake of money only and he will not do any job. He continues misbehaving, humiliating and abusing her. As father of the girl, I feel cheated & frustrated and seek your advice for getting justice as per law of the land.
