I want to known the rights of the legal wife (bearing marraige certificate) of death Husband,4 year after death of her husband one known women claim that she is 1st wife of her deceased Husband and filed the case in the Court twds property in the name of the husband. The Unknown don't have any prof of marriage (Marriage Certificate)

how can she prove without any proof of marriage that she is 1st wife of deceased. some proof is reqd.

If first wife has no proof then she cannot claim anything. you have to file reply in that case. consult any local lawyer and become the party in that case and file you reply.
