Legal Question in Family Law in India
I have done ring ceremony with a girl and just after that i found that they people including the girl is not as i expected or as i have been told now i don't want to marry her but her family is saying that we will claim that i am asking them to give dowry and they will go to the court .
What can be done by my side and what are the possible charges they can put on me and my family.?
