I am roumanian citizen and im going to marry a nigerian citizen in Larnaca, Cyprus. We both live in Cyprus. I have here in Romania a house. Please tell me if after some time (6 months, 1 year, 5 years) if there will be a divorce (in Cyprus, or Romania) my future husband can have some rights on this house i have in Romania? Can he be considered owner too of the house? Or only me i have the rights? And what official paper i can do to make sure this house it will be only mine after the divorce?

Under Romanian law all goods acquired before marriage remains in propety husband/wife who acquired property.
