I have sent RTI to my husband office but they didnt sent actual salary.he is private company employee.what would be the next step?

Company is not bound to give information. If the husband does not reveal his income in court, the court may take into consideration the amount you have quoted in your petition.

An RTI is not applicable to a private company as the same does not fall within the definition u/s 2 of RTI Act. you need court orders for the same.
