What is the rule of custody of 1 year daughter after divorce? If mother is responsible than when will father will be eligible for custody of daughter?

The prime question to decide the custody application is the welfare of the minor, if you being father get is proved/established that the welfare rests with you at present stage then you can file a custody petition.
