1. What is written and that statement and in what background will be important question while analyzing veracity of that statement. Certain self statements are binding contracts while others are not. Also through related circumstances, it will be adduced whether that statement should be binding or not. I suggest, you provide at least summary of that statement, so that an appropriate opinion could be given.

2. You may pressurize your husband by filing �Suit for Maintenance & Recovery of Dower� to fulfill his marital duties. However, if you don�t want your marriage to continue, you may file �Suit for Dissolution of Marriage� on basis of Khula, he will have no option and the court will decree separation.

Dear, u can file a suit for khula and ask for maintenance allowance and you can take back all your dowry articles and before giving you any opinion i would like to know what was written in your statement?

Your statement can be null & void if you have sufficient proofs that it was taken under pressure. However, no statement can restrained you to take khula.

dissolution of marriage is no problem, and dont you worry about the statement given in regards to whatever.
