Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

salam sir my marriage was dissolved by cruelty, later on cruelty was not proved in Senior Civil Judge ( case 337A) and also in High Court, Now sir i writ in High Court to remove the cruelty, sir kindly tell me what should we do to remove the cruelty and tell me some AUTHORITIES, 14.5.15 is the hearing date of High Court.,
