salam. this is somia. my father died 3 years ago. and my mother is mentally unstable. we are 3 siblings, i am the eldest one, 24, i have a younger sis, 21 and the youngest is my brother, 15. none married.

1-my father's pension is accessible to my mother only, as per some rules of the govt.

2-we have some money deposited in Saving Bank in the name of my mother, so that also is accessible to my mother only.

3-we have some property of my father that has been transferred to my mother, me, my sis and my brother. but as my brother is a non-adult, my mother is his guardian.

As my mother is not in a healthy state of mind, the 3 of us want access to the money from all the 3 sources stated above. please guide accordingly and elaborate in detail. waiting for reply!!

1. You can become personal representative to receive pension amount. This amount will be issued by the govt untill your mother is alive.

2. Again, to the satisfaction of the bank, you can become personal representative of your mother. The bank may require some court order, if it's SOPs prescribe.

3. You can apply to court to become guardian of your brother.
