Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Salam!

I'll be very thankful if anyone can answer my question. My wife has filed a suit for recovery of past and future maintenance allowance and I have filed a suit for restitution of Conjugal rights on her, in return... Now she is demanding separate home to come back as she is saying she cannot live with her in-laws (she has not provided any written reason for this in her case, but now says by mouth in the court that she has security issues).... And I can't provide her separate home, as she is highly disobedient and my parents have done nothing wrong and she just wants to have unfair advantage over me with support from her 5 brothers and father (so separate home is not going to make any difference, but will be more painful for me). I would rather pay her maintenance than to give her separate home.

The cases are still in progress and almost 1 year has passed and she is not living with me (and I know she is not going to come back, and I also can't allow it unless she gives me written securities, which she won't).... Now I want to do second marriage as I need someone to take care of my home, me and my parents as they are old and have pain issues as well.... So, can I get permission to do second marriage, without consent from my first wife, from court or Union Council easily? On what grounds can I ask for second marriage permission? I'll be very thankful if anyone can answer!
