Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Salam i want to ask tht I have 3 ,children of 8 ,5and 2yrs of age my hsbnd divorcef me 1 yr back I have taken the custody of them through high court now I want to file maintenance case as he is ssnding 9000 rs fr 3 children yht is not enough but problem is that.i don't have the proof of his monghly income as he has a business bt it is.in his father's control in this sitiation can I file a case & can get the amount more than wht he is giving now pls.guide me

surely, you can . no need to prove it through documentary evidence, certainly you can not posses those docs . there are other ways to prove it. you can file or the enhancement of maintenance.
