Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Salam.

Kindly guide me. My husband is pilot earning 3.5 lack in ksa I ve daughter 2 years old I ve got khulla but court decided interim only 6000....my lawyer says to appeal in high court but I dunt trust him he is taking heavy charges n doing nothing plz guide me how can I save more maintenance for my daughter. Her father says he won't even give 6000.�

in such case the writ is the only option to get the interim maintenance enhanced. But in case you are losing your trust upon your attorney then you may contact.
