Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am from Salem,Tamil Nadu,India

I filed a divorce case against my husband at family court coimbatore, but the lawyer handling the case is greedy and not supportive , so I would like to withdraw the case filed , for which the lawyer is not agreeing, do I need the lawyer's approval for withdrawing the case? please guide

you can go to the court and withdraw the case yourself. the lawyer cant stop you from doing the same. having said that dont withdraw the case because of the lawyer you have a choice of either changing the lawyer or for seeking a lawyer from the legal aid. you will get a lawyer to whom you dont need to pay the fees.
