Hi This is salman ....would like to ask you one question. My wife passed away in the month of march 2010. I got a baby boy now he is 8 months. I need his custody earliest possible but my in laws are not giving me back my son. What will be the soloution. Awaiting for reply

Father is the natural guardian of son. The fastest way to get your son back is to file a writ of habeaus corpus and you will get the son in very short span of time. For more do consult me at [email protected]
