Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am sapna Pathak from dhanbad jharkhand.

I belong to a middle class family my mother and father working for government organization and I was also working in a private company .I have boyfriend he is belong to my cast and he work in bank .from last two year I suffered from kidney failure problem and my parents also decide to merry me�� with his own choice .I opposed of marriage and I also told my whole situation to my parents as well as that boy ( my parent choice) and his parents but they told me I don't care any thing I want to merry with you only any condition and any situation and his family pressure to my parents to merry his boy,they told to my parents because I have disease no on going to merry with me and I am also love someone else and they borrow medical expense of my disease and because of all this situation my mother told me she will not eat any thing till I get merry of that boy and after three days she gone into ICU and my father also mentally and physically torchure me And they forcefully merry me with that boy in Ludhiana court on 15/04/2015. I don't want to see this boy face now I am suffering from kidney failure problem but they didn't care any thing about of my feeling even I told to him first I want to cure after that I will decide I need some time ,I have also some dream� but they didn't listen any thing .Even my boyfriend also talk to my parents but they didn't listen any thing .But now I free from my parents side and I also don't want any thing from boy I want only one thing my medical expense because they promised to me and my parents .so what I need to do take divorce from him in simplest way because I know they will not ready to give divorce me and I am not able to go court for a long time .I don't want to become a week girl I don't want to see his face� ,I don't want to leave with him .

Dear client u cannot ask divorce before completion of one year of marriage. Mutual divorce is simplest way to get divorce. After one year of marriage u can file divorce
