Legal Question in Family Law in India

My name is sathish. Myself and my wife is a love marriage , her father didn't like me marry her daughter. We were started happily and we have a girl baby, during my child was 3 years she started to study her law course B.L in law college where she travel daily in train. I supported and encouraged her in studies, myself and my family take care of child, when she came to second year she started to fight with me that I am bad in conduct, she used to fight with me, I said to their parents they supported her then they blamed me. I can't speak with them as they using filthy words then she left myself and my daughter for 1.5 years without any inform to me when I was in out of state. Then I called her she refused to talk to me as well to my daughter then she changed her number and their parents insulted me so I left that and started my life by taking care of my daughter we both more attached because I took care her more after 1.5 years she came to home myself and my parents accepted her and she was in home for ten days, she is practising her advocate in combined court. I asked about where she was in past years and what she did? But she started to answer me that should not interfere into her affairs and no right for me to ask her anything, she left the home on that eleventh day and have police complaint on me that I am a psycho and I have illegal relationship with more girls and I induce her for suicide like that more allegations on me, police had volunteerly separate my daughter from me and gave to her, after that none of her family members allowing me to see my daughter now she is trying to send my daughter to another school. She already attended her school. She said that she is not ready to go for divorce also not to show my daughter to me. My wife's mother threatened me that she will kill me brutally if I talk to my wife for compromise and she is telling that she is a lawyer and I am not equal to her so she will be like that. She also quarreled in my daughter 's school that she needs transfer certificate if refuses I am an advocate I know the law how to get that. She also threatened my father that she will file a case on whole family and will put in jail nu. I couldn't speak to her she is not politely speaking to me. Even I tried from her senior lawyer he supporting to her that she knows everything and she is the decision maker. I don't know what to do? I am my daughter back. Please help me. Her home is not a decent atmosphere and their parents are not a decent persons, one of her brother is an accused in robbery case and he was is jail for 3 months now he is also in that home. I am more afraid my child is in bad atmosphere. Please help me to save my child.
