section 9 case allwer in favour of husband(me). my wife filed a petition for divorce but i dont want divorce because i hv two minor childern,child custody case has been also in my favour twomonth back.m also paying interim mantanance Rs 1500 Hundered per month in section 24 in divorce case,125 and 498 also filed by my wife ,these are pending in court,iwant to know the benfits of section 9 order in my divorce,125 and 498 case,plz help me.
