Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I have send Divorce to my Wife, and Copy to union council. The process of divorce is going on . My question is during this time, if a question of Marital Status is asked in any government form. Did I have to write my Status as "Divorced" or I have to write still "Married".

according to sharia u r divorced

and law of country till final decision u r married
