Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

How to send a FIR(Domestic violence) copy to US embassy. In Police station they dint file a charge sheet yet. Is that okay that i can send only the FIR to the embassy or charge sheet is also required for it. what is the procedure to send it.

Kindly help me over this.
