i send the question 3 days back.You told file the dowry harassment&domestic;violence cases.We put the 498a sec on february2014.polices are telling your case is forwarded to court,you meet in the court.Shall i go to police station or court because of i put on the other cases.Pls advice me

who has answered your query??.The case under DV act will be filed in the court of the magistrate. the 498a has been remanded to the court which is just fine.
