Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am a senior citizen (68 yrs old), I get mental tortures from my wife (61 yrs old) and children (girls age 22 and 25 yrs, both working and getting good salaries). I maintain the expenses of my flat and they do not share any expenses of the maintenance and repairs works of the flat and society. I want to live peacefully, separately from them by selling this property and giving them their shares. But wife refused to vacate this flat.
What should I do ? Please give me a free legal advice.

you may seek restraint orders against them from the civil court and if need be, you may seek their eviction from the house first and then sell it off, provided its your self acquired property.
