Legal Question in Family Law in India
A senior girl made me to sleep with her and then torturing to marry her on the context that i told that i will marry her. It was purely manipulation and now she and her accomplice another guy is torturing me to marry her and she is a not a good girl. Do i have any hope in life or should i just die.
They are threatening me that i made a promise that i will marry her and then slept with her.
I dont want to marry her.

no one put a pistol on your head to have a physical relation with her. Problem is her the physical relation is associated with a casual fling little realizing that the girl could get serious. you are saying she is not a nice girl why?? because she had a physical relationship with you ?then by that yardstick you can judge yourself too. REspect women !!If she chooses to file a FIR for rape you would be in great trouble.
Does this problem merit you committing suicide?? Life is meant to be lived there is no problem bigger than your life. talk to the girl consult your parents I am sure a solution will be there for this.
