Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi seniors,
How can a person get divorce post converting to other religion...I am a Hindu born but since last 3 to4 years have started preaching Islam and that too very religiously. I have a Hindu wife and daughter of 9yrs. Though we were leaving separately for 8 yearsyears as due to daily fights n told her to live at my place & I got a transfer n live outside mumbaiMumbai. Now though I have bought them here to stay with me to give a second chance to marriage cause of my daughter...she isnot ready to follow my new religion n I don't force only told to learn which she don't like n told don't want to stay in this Muslim area..ahw told keep the daughter with you I vl go back & stay in Mumbai. Also, now there is not much remained in our relation so can I get a divorce on this.
Please assist with a brief to do list

not possible on this ground. Though in Hindu law it is mentioned but in reality, court did not allow such cases.

you have to contact mufti (Muslim cleric ). you have responsibility of maintenance of wife and daughter.
