Legal Question in Family Law in India
We are separate from last 6years and I filled the divorce petition 3years back.It is ongoing from last 3years. However she is agreed to a deal which I can afford. Now my query is how much more time is required?Do i have to wait for another 6months as my petition will be converted to mutual one? Please provide some ways to reduce this time.

you can convert the said petition and move an application to remove the said period
