Legal Question in Family Law in India

I separated from my husband soon after the marriage ie we lived together for only 15 days. After which he flew back to US. Now I've filed for divorced as I have not heard from him in the last one year. How early will I get divorce/ will I have to go through the usual court procedure of waiting for 6 months etc?

Dear client if u both r ready for divorce then u can file mutual divorce and will get divorce in six months. If yr husband is not ready for divorce then u have to file contested divorce on the grounds like cruelty desertion. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
