Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hello, I'm separated from my husband and staying with my parents for 2.5 yrs and we have a small kid of 2 yrs. My husband has sent a lawyer notice telling that he want divorce. he is putting conditions on me that i should leave my job,not meet my parents etc and threatens to beat me. so until it is resolved i cant go n stay with him. i don't want to give divorce. Can he can file restitution of conjugal rights case on me, in such situation is it compulsory for me to agree to all his terms and go n stay with him?
