Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi I am separated with my wife with out of court settlement by paying her some money now she is married to somebody. Can I submit one side divorcee petition as she is separated for more than 2 and half years. if yes how soon I can get the documents from court so that I can marry somebody else..

yes u can file divorce. file divorce as soon as possible
