Legal Question in Family Law in India

im seperated from my husband since feburary 2016. in first week of december 2016 i filed crpc 125 case against my husband. my lawyer asked me 20 k for per case. i gave him rupees 10 k in advance. now he is asking rupess 5 k for sending notice to my husband.

now my question is

who will send notice to my husband ? my lawyer or court? plz help
