Legal Question in Family Law in Trinidad and Tobago

i have been seperated from my wife for the past 11 years since then we are both in different relationships she has a daughter an i have 2 kids but we both shared a son together which was both our frist kid ,do i need a lawyer to file for my divorce in famliy court???
