September 2013I had 2nd marriage, lived 2 months in one place. She demanded divorcé and taken her things and left my place, use to call for sometime. Later on changed mind not ready to give divorce and taken up a job in Mumbai and staying with her son. I Since June 2014 onwards we never met each other. We have paid the money in the panchayat and given application but the certificate is not recd because signing person was not there. Some time she says that there is no need of court divorce since we don’t have a certificate. Now I don’t know what to do. How can I go for a divorce as I am having lot of tension?

She is your legally wedded wife and it is only court who can allow divorce in accordance with law. There is no other means or method to obtain divorce.
