Legal Question in Family Law in India
my servant maid is divorced through talak system (according to muslim shariath law) now she wanted ration card for joining her kids in school but unfortunately the ration card authorities are not accepting the talaq certificate issued by muslim mosque jamath.
but since our india is under UCC, could you kindly let me know the remedy for her?
