Legal Question in Family Law in India

but the settlement was a full and final settlement . inspite of it the ex wife and kid can come and claim for maintainance? becoz in the papers it was clearly mentioned full n final settlement.

Also in future can they file any case on the father?

i need to know these coz these may affect my life too.

no they cannot claim maintenance or right in your property as per the prevailing laws.
