Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am going to setttel my family issues in family court and dvcc case in an another court.but they want to give me the full amount of settelment amount on the same date of issues setteled in family court . but my query is one case still pending in 498 court . the court gives a date after 90 days . what will happens if she does not come to the court after 90 days. please advice.

Ask her to withdraw the case by taking the matter on board before the date given for settlement of issues in family court

you have to put your demand to first withdraw other cases prior to final payment.
