My name is shaik shafivullah iam 34 years old iam a married person. i have two kids. I want to take divorce from my wife without any problems ?

Pronounce talaq as per shariat law. Make a talaqnama and get it executed in the presence of kazi and two other witnesses. You can consult a kazi also.
