Legal Question in Family Law in Lebanon

I am a shii muslim lebanese lady, i have to boys 1 yo and 2.5 yo... i asked for divorce for many reasons but my husband wont agree to divorce me unless i give him full custody of the kids with the permition for them to travel anytime with him... where i can c them for only 24 hours each week if they live in lebanon and for 1 week only if i visit them in the country they may be living in. Does tge husband have tge rights to do so?
