sir i was accused on 498a,fir is filed, how to get anticipatory bail without lawer,8 months before this i filed divorce petetion on my wife

anticipatory bail is a technical legal aspect and depends upon several factors which would require a representation from a lawyer. It would be in your interest to engage one. However, in case you cannot afford a lawyer, the state legal authority will provide you one. filing of divorce 8 months before is a positive point in your favour.
