Sir agar Wife pregnent ho, or dono ki famly jhgra krty hon, or larki k ghr waly usy or usk shohar ko majbor kren boht zada divorce deny p, jbk husbnd wife 7 rehna chahty hain or wo alag hona nhi chahty pr famlis ki wjy se boht problm ho. To husbnd wife apas m mashwra krk Divorce peper k zrye larki ko sign krk bhej dy usk ghr. Dono ki famly ko chup krwany k lye, Or sharai tor p Orally na kahy or na hi niyat ho or na hi us peper ko read kry to kya divorce hogi?

Jbk divorce peper k date wali jgha p whito lga ho or stamp peper 20 augast ka ho or sign ouctobr kre. Or agr lrki ki famly court case kry k divorce hogya hai, or larki apne hsbnd k pas ana chahti hai. Pr uski famly sakhti kry larki ko apne hsbnd s milny na dy. To asy m kya krna chahye sharai or qanoni tor p, unka divorce mana jaega?

Talaq ka mazak nai according to ahadis.. Don't do it.. File habeaus corpus, get the wife and never send her back home.. [email protected]
