Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir, My age is 27 and working in IT sector. I need to get divorce from my wife and she is in carrying the baby now with 2 months and we lived in a separate house and she moved out the to another house by the help of her parents and she taken all her things with her. Problem is: we doesn't have proper understanding in all the matters. she already said me that she doesn't want to continue the life with me and we both decide to abort the baby, so that both can look into another life. but now her parents guided her to keep the baby and planning to get some claim from me. I suggest to abort it so that she can get a new life. because her age is just 26. now her parents convenience her to keep the baby and decide to make problem in my life. PLs help me come out of it. I plan to file a case in the court. but before to that i need some suggestion ?

2) How can u get the pregnancy aborted, which u cant as per ur wish.
