Sir AoA. I am Ashir from lahore , we have divorced since 2005 , now my female child is 11 year old and in custody of my x wife, my x wife once again married in 2008. I have to pay maintenance regularly till the date now. My Question is about custody of my female child and about paying of maintenance period because she has a husband who is non Mahram to my child. .

dear you can file the custody of your minor daughter.
and in these circumtance court will allow you and grant permenent custody.

as far as custody is concerned you can file it if you can prove before the court that her welfare lies with you and not with your ex wife
and the maintenance is paid to female child till her marriage.
