Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir AoA. I am Ashir from lahore , we have divorced since 2005 , now my female child is 11 year old and in custody of my x wife, my x wife once again married in 2008. I have to pay maintenance regularly till the date now.

My Questions are

1. About custody of my female child ( I received the answer)

2. About paying of maintenance (can i pay or not) period ?

Because she has a husband who is non Mahram to my child. .
