Sir im going to apply for 13b mcd on 15 march after first motion how I would know the date for 2nd motion, will the judge tell me on first motion that when is second motion due,

How long will it take for second motion after completing the first one, do I againg need to apply for second motion after first motion

You should have written down your location because procedure is different in different places. At some places, date for second motion is given at the time of first motion and there is no need to file the second motion. But at some places, you have to move 2nd motion after 6 months.
