Dear Mr. Deepak Vaid,

It all depends on the charges under which a person is applying for the anticipatory bail for example if a person is charges with Section 302 the approximate cost would be around a Lac. If the charges is of under section 406, 498 A then the cost of seeking Anticipatory bail would be anything between Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per person per bail. Best you can do is to contact a Local Advocate in Delhi and he can appoint one Advocate at Bhatinda on your behalf and also he can monitor your case from Delhi and you do not have run again and again to Bhatinda for trivial issues every now and then.
