Sir,
My name is asha from meerut (u.p). I was married to aditya according to hindu rituals on 2May 2013. After marriage i was staying with my in-laws and he was on his job but after 6months I started living with him in greater noida between that time I got pregnant and he started harrasing me mentally nd beated me once after drinking so left that place and came back to my parents home because I had complications in pregnancy because of that mentally harrasment. Now from 9months I am staying with my parents and he nd his family continued harrasing me. I delivered a baby boy on 8th aug 2014 but he did not paid my hospital expenses my parents paid that now again he has started abusing me and my parents nd he is asking for 1lakh rupees than only he will take me and my son with him. At the time of marriage they asked for 8lakh nd we gave them but now I want to file a complaint for dowry nd domestic voilence against him nd his parents so please guide me how I can do this because he is harrasing me daily.
