Sir, I belongs to sebc cast. (Baxi panch.) And after 8 years separation i took divorce on stamp paper..after six months of divorce my x wife gave a notice in news paper that she was forced to sign the papers.. She is trying to harass me only as she was not forced by me..she already took 12 lakh rupees and mutually signed the papers.
I did second marriage recently.
1) what are the challenges I have to face in future ?
2) how to give legal status to my second wife?
3) she is not forced by anyway how to prove it.
Sir plz guide me.

You will need guidance only when some legal steps are taken by your wife. You should keep in safe custody: (1) the stamp papers signed by her and (2) receipts of Rs.12.00 Lakh paid by you; (3) the source of Rs12.00 Lakh, e.g. bank account etc.
