Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir,

my brother got married(2nd time) because of problem with first wife ie she went to her parents house and didnt come

we have asked personally, and also thrugh caste officials too but there was no response..so my brother got second marriage.. now the first wife put a case

and included our entire family members name ,but i was not present in (2nd) marriage as i was working in another state becasue i was not at all aware of 2nd marriage... so if iam got selected for govt job will there be nay problem?

There will be no problem. You should get your name deleted from the list of accused by furnishing the document that u were not aware of the fact in court or in police station.
