sir one of my brother married last 3 years back but she stay with my brother only 1 year she went from home with 1 week pregnent we are try each and every way taking a counciling with my relatives but she never compramised finally we take a legal openion we send the notice court through come back home we send 2 pitittions but she never gave any replay then the court was given a she is not coming stil we are trying what can we do sir the lawer saying he can stey with another women if he stey with another women its legally posibul sir

if all the efforts of reconcilliation have failed you can file a case for divorce. The better option would be filing for a divorce by mutual consent wherein the issue of custody of the child , the monetary settlement are made.
