Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

hello sir,

i have three daughters age 7 years 6 years and 3 years , my wife dont want to live with my parents but we have joint family system sir i cant offord seprate home for my wife i want to know can my wife apply for my daughters custody without divorce ?
